SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

During checkout you can choose between two shipping methods, the single national one or the free one (valid for purchases of a minimum agreed amount).
As soon as you have completed your order, you will be able to view the “My orders” section in your personal area. Once prepared and shipped, your order will be assigned a parcel number, and you can ask for information on the status of the shipment.
Delivery usually takes place within 3/4 working days (weekends and holidays excluded) from when the order is placed.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to art. 52 and ss. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the Product Sales Agreement without incurring costs other than the direct ones for returning the goods, as provided for in this section and without having to provide any reasons, within the term of fourteen calendar days. (“Withdrawal Period”). The Withdrawal Period expires after 14 days:

in the case of an order relating to a single Product or more Products with a single delivery, from the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the Customer, acquires physical possession of the Products;
The right of withdrawal referred to in this article is excluded in relation to the Contract of Sale concerning sealed goods that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection, which are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly and have been opened afterwards. delivery.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform Substantia Cosmetics

In the event that the Customer makes use of the right of withdrawal, he must indicate the order number, the Product (s) for which he / she intends to exercise the right of withdrawal and his address.

The Customer has exercised his right of withdrawal within the Withdrawal Period if the withdrawal declaration is sent by the Customer before the expiry of the Withdrawal Period. Since the burden of proof relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the Withdrawal Period rests with the Customer, it is in the Customer’s interest to use a durable medium when communicating its withdrawal to Substantia Cosmetics.

The Product, properly packaged and protected, must be sent to Substantia Cosmetics, via Dante 103 – 15121 Alessandria, without undue delay and in any case within the term of 14 calendar days from the date on which the Customer notified Substantia Cosmetics its decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if the Customer sends the Product before the expiry of the 14-day period.

The Customer is solely responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the Product other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product. The Customer must arrange to return the Product to Substantia Cosmetics using a carrier of their choice.

The costs of returning the Product are charged to the Customer. If the Customer withdraws from the contract, Substantia Cosmetics will recognize a refund equal to the purchase price of the Product (s), in addition to the shipping costs, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which Substantia Cosmetics has been informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw from the contract. Where applicable and explicitly indicated during the purchase process, the charges and customs duties are borne by the Customer, which will not be reimbursed in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal. According to the provisions of art. 56, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Code, Substantia Cosmetics may suspend the reimbursement until receipt of the Products or until the Customer demonstrates that he has shipped the Products.

The reimbursement by Substantia Cosmetics will take place through the transaction reversal procedure using the same payment method chosen by the Customer at the time of the order, with the exception of those means of payment, indicated in the phase prior to the confirmation of the order, for which this method of return is not applicable. In such cases, the Customer must promptly communicate in writing (preferably in the same notice of withdrawal) the bank details at which Substantia Cosmetics will make the payment of the reimbursement. If the recipient of the Products indicated in the order form is different from the person who paid the price, the refund will be made by Substantia Cosmetics in favor of the latter.

The withdrawal will not be effective if the same has not been exercised in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation and, in particular, in the event that the Product is not intact in all its parts and / or accompanied by its accessories and / or elements that they are an integral part of it; in such cases the Customer will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the Product. Substantia Cosmetics will notify the Customer by e-mail within seven working days of receipt of the Product, rejecting the request for withdrawal. The Product, if it has already been received by Substantia Cosmetics, will remain at the same at the Customer’s disposal for collection which must take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer.

In the event that the Product for which the withdrawal was exercised has suffered a decrease in value resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product, Substantia Cosmetics will notify the Customer to by e-mail, within seven working days of receipt of the Product, indicating to the same the methods for the payment of the amount due due to the decrease in value of the Product.
