I forgot to add a product to my order!

If the package has already been sent, unfortunately we will not be able to help you.
Otherwise you just send us an email to request the order change so that the order can only start when everything you want has been included in the package!

In the email, indicate your name and surname, the number of your order and the products to be added with the relative number of pieces.

Are you a new customer?

Ordering from Substantia Cosmetics is very easy. You just browse the site to find our products and select them by adding them to your cart so that the product ends up in the list of your order.
After choosing your products you will simply have to go to the cart and reach the cash desk. From here you will have to enter all the information related to your shipping address and the payment method you prefer.

If you are already a customer, you can log in using your registration information.

Once the order is complete, you will immediately receive an email with the confirmation and the summary of your order!
If you do not receive this confirmation, we ask you to check the Spam box and only then contact us to resolve the problem.

Cancel or change an order

Just write us an email, as long as the order is not yet packed we are available to modify it or delete it.
